NEW D.A. WEB SITE GOES LIVE

After six weeks of development, the Johnson County DA office is pleased to announce a sleeker, updated and more useful web site.

Special thanks to Joy Devor, Johnson County ITS Department, who did the site conversion and upgrade, and to Barry Haldiman, Johnson County JIMS Department, who built the original web site back in 1996, and whose work on all of the various pages and their content is still largely used by the new site.

Among the highlights:

• New web address - gone is the old, cumbersome domain, to be replaced with da.jocogov.org


• Updated appearance and user interface which conforms with modern web standards and consistent with other Johnson County web sites.


• Multimedia content, including news coverage, video from Town Hall meetings, audio clips from the DA and more.


• Regularly updated news and other content


• Victims services and other useful links.
