The traffic division of the District Attorney's prosecutes traffic tickets and misdemeanor traffic crimes investigated by the following law enforcement agencies:

- Johnson County Park Police
- Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks
- Alcohol Beverage Control (A.B.C.)
